This NG16 valve, conforming to ISO 4401-08 mounting standards, features a ‘J’ spool configuration. In its spring-centered, de-energized position, the ‘J’ spool interconnects all ports (P, A, B, and T), creating a float center or circulation path, allowing the actuator to move freely or fluid to circulate. Actuation is achieved via 24V DC wet-pin solenoids (6HG24 type) controlling a pilot valve, which then hydraulically shifts the main spool. For enhanced control and system monitoring, this specific model includes an inductive position switch (K4) to track the main spool’s state (‘a’, ‘0’, ‘b’) and a throttle insert (B10, Ø 1.0 mm) in the P-port to modulate switching dynamics and reduce shock.
