1. Structural features of pressure line filters
(1) Compared with filters of the same flow rate, it has a compact structure and small size
(2) It has a wide operating pressure range
(3) It is easy to replace the filter element. Users can open the upper cover and replace the filter element according to the installation space, or they can unscrew the outer shell (drain the oil first) and remove the filter element from the bottom
(4) It is easy to install and fix: If the user has difficulty installing according to the standard flow direction, he can remove the 4 screws on the cover to change the flow direction of the medium.

2. How to use the pipeline filter
(1) Manual control:
Turn the manual/automatic selector switch to the manual position, the motor and hydraulic control valve are powered on, the hydraulic control valve opens, and the sewage begins to be discharged. Turn the selector switch to the automatic position to enter the automatic state.
The manual control state is a means to check whether the motor and hydraulic control valve can work normally. If the sewage cannot be discharged normally in the manual control state, the automatic control state will not work normally either.
(2) Automatic control:
Turn the manual/automatic selector switch to the automatic position, first set the filtering time and sewage discharge time timer. The lower row of digital tubes of the timer displays the set value, and the upper row of digital tubes displays the time value.

3. Precautions for installing pipeline filters
(1) The pipeline filter can be installed in any direction and can be installed horizontally, vertically or in other combinations
(2) When the pipeline filter is installed on an overhead pipeline, it must be fixed with a pipeline bracket. Buried pipelines can be installed in the inspection well

4. What are the applicable scopes of pipeline filters?
(1) Pipeline filters are suitable for papermaking, tires, industry, agriculture, printing and dyeing, food, chemical industry, steel, metallurgy, oil refining and oil production industries, etc.
(2) Pipeline filters are suitable for various industrial cooling water systems, process water systems and reinjection water systems, etc., especially non-stop systems that operate continuously for 24 hours.
(3) Before selecting pipeline filter equipment, it is necessary to clarify parameters such as filtration accuracy, working pressure, inlet and outlet directions, and sewage discharge methods; pipeline filters have a very good filtering effect on various sticky substances, colloid particles and mud and sand in water; steel brushes are high in strength, can be brushed over a large range, and do not require manual cleaning.

5. Factors affecting the filtration of pipeline filters
(1) Fluid properties
Related to the characteristics of the fluid. For example, the viscosity and chemical ion composition of the fluid. The greater the viscosity of the fluid, the slower the flow rate under the same pressure conditions, the more contact there is between the fluid and the membrane, and the better the filtration effect. For example, the mixed contact time between the fluid and the membrane also has a great influence on the filtration effect. The longer the mixed contact time, the better the filtration effect.
(2) Operating conditions
Pipeline filters are related to actual operating conditions, such as the flow rate of particles and the filtration pressure. In order to achieve a good filtration effect, a lower flow rate is generally selected. The lower the flow rate, the better the retention effect.
