Product Description

PR PR4104

The PR electronics 4104 is a versatile and high-performance universal transmitter designed for a wide range of signal conditioning applications. It can accept a broad spectrum of inputs, including standard process signals (mA and V), thermocouples, RTD sensors, potentiometers, and linear resistance. The device converts these inputs into a highly accurate, stable, and galvanically isolated analog output (current or voltage), making it an ideal interface between field sensors and control systems like PLCs or SCADA. Its user-friendly configuration options, either via PC or the detachable PR 4501 display front, ensure reliable performance in demanding industrial environments.

Technical Specifications:

  • Supply Voltage: 21.6…253 VAC, 50…60 Hz / 19.2…300 VDC

  • Input Types: RTD, Thermocouple (TC), Ohm, Potentiometer, mA, and V

  • Output Signals: Active or passive Current (0/4…20 mA) and Voltage (0/1…5 V, 0/2…10 V)

  • Galvanic Isolation: 2.3 kVAC (3-port) between input, output, and supply
