Product Description
APOLLO ORB-OP-42001-MAR
The APOLLO ORB-OP-42001-MAR is an Orbis Marine Optical Smoke Detector, specifically engineered for reliable fire detection in demanding marine environments. It utilizes the well-proven optical smoke sensing technology (light scatter principle) to effectively detect a wide range of fires, particularly slow-burning, smouldering fires. This detector incorporates advanced features such as drift compensation to maintain sensitivity over time and reduce false alarms, and DirtAlert® technology to indicate when cleaning is required. Its robust design ensures performance even in challenging conditions, and it is approved for use in marine applications, meeting stringent international standards. The FasTest® feature allows for quick and efficient maintenance testing, reducing on-site time.
