How to return an item, what the conditions are, and how refunds and exchanges are handled by Echuan Hydraulic Machinery Co., Ltd.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

Returns must be approved in writing (via email) by Echuan Hydraulic Machinery Co., Ltd. staff and assigned a valid Return Authorization (RA) number before they can be processed.

All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover handling and processing costs.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it
  • With tags intact and packaging complete
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to start a return

  1. Contact us by email

    Write to [email protected] to request a return.

  2. Receive your RA number and instructions

    If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Ship the item back

    Send the package as instructed with the RA number, original packaging and proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it properly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you currently have; once the return is approved, simply place a separate order for the new item.
