Although frequently integrated alongside various automatic mains failure (AMF) control modules, this specific printed circuit board functions as an advanced AVR that utilizes a permanent magnet generator (PMG) for excitation power. This design isolates the control circuits from nonlinear loads and minimizes radio frequency interference on the generator terminals.
