The Alfa Laval P615 Separator Vertical Shaft, commonly referred to as a spindle, is a critical OEM-grade replacement component engineered specifically for Alfa Laval P615 oil separators and centrifuges. Crafted from high-strength, precision-machined steel, this vertical shaft is designed to withstand high-speed rotation and ensure seamless power transmission to the separator bowl. Its structural design features a precision-tapered upper journal section, a threaded top stud for secure bowl attachment, a central threaded locking collar ring, and a threaded lower drive end for exact mounting into the spindle assembly. Replacing worn spindles with this durable shaft restores rotational balance, minimizes mechanical vibration, and ensures the highly efficient purification of fuel and lubricating oils in demanding marine and industrial environments.
