Product Description
FLAME EYE AXV-260-33
The FLAME EYE AXV-260-33, manufactured by AXIS Communications, is a high-performance UV flame detector engineered for rapid and reliable fire detection in hazardous industrial environments. Utilizing an ultraviolet sensor sensitive to the 185-260 nm range, it effectively detects hydrocarbon-based (e.g., oil, gasoline) and non-hydrocarbon-based (e.g., hydrogen, ammonia) fires within seconds. Its robust stainless steel 316L explosion-proof housing ensures durability and safety in potentially explosive atmospheres, making it suitable for applications in oil & gas, chemical plants, power generation, and other demanding sectors. The detector features a wide field of view and standard relay outputs for alarm and fault conditions, facilitating integration into existing fire and gas safety systems.
