The Measurement MTL5011B is a single-channel, DIN-rail mounted intrinsic safety barrier designed to interface with switches or proximity detectors (to NAMUR/BS EN 60947-5-6 standards) located in hazardous areas. It provides a fully-floating DC supply to energize the field device and repeats its status to a safe-area load using a changeover relay output.
