Manufactured in Italy by OBL s.r.l., this robust dosing pump features a bolted plastic (PP/PVC) diaphragm pump head equipped with threaded hose-connector suction and discharge ports. It delivers a rated capacity of 101 liters per hour and operates safely at a maximum working pressure of 6 bar (7 bar max limit). The pump allows for accurate flow control via a manual stroke-length adjustment knob with a 0-4 graduated scale. Engineered for durability, the MB101PP includes an oil-filled gear housing lubricated with Shell Omala EP 320 and an integral mounting base plate for secure installation. Please note: a safety valve must be installed on the discharge line, and the provisional shipping plug must be replaced with the standard working cap before initial start-up.
