Product Description

SUN RPGC-8DN

The SUN RPGC-8DN is a high-performance, pilot-operated pressure reducing/relieving valve designed for use in hydraulic circuits. As a screw-in cartridge valve, it efficiently regulates pressure downstream from its inlet. The valve maintains a constant, set pressure at the outlet port by restricting inlet flow when the target pressure is reached. Should an overpressure event occur in the regulated line, the valve will relieve excess flow to the tank port, protecting the downstream components. It also features an integral reverse-flow check valve, allowing unrestricted flow from the outlet back to the inlet. The 8DN control assembly specifies an 8:1 pilot ratio, a 250-2000 psi adjustment range, and a standard screw adjustment mechanism.
