RENISHAW OMP60

The RENISHAW OMP60 is a compact, high-accuracy touch-trigger probe that utilizes an optical transmission system for workpiece set-up and inspection on small to medium-sized CNC machining centers. It offers users a choice of two activation methods—shank switch or M-code—and features a 360° infrared optical transmission, enabling the probe to operate in any spindle orientation. By automating set-up processes, the OMP60 helps to reduce scrap, improve cycle times, and increase productivity. Its robust, modulated optical transmission provides exceptional resistance to light interference, ensuring reliable and precise measurements in busy machine shop environments.
