The GESTRA RK 76 is a high-performance, universally applicable wafer check valve engineered for reliable backflow prevention in industrial piping systems. Its compact, space-saving wafer design allows for easy installation between flanges in any orientation. The valve features a central, spring-loaded disc mechanism that ensures a low opening pressure, quick closing response, and minimal pressure drop, effectively preventing water hammer. Constructed from robust materials, including a stainless steel disc (1.4107 / CA15), the RK 76 is suitable for a wide range of applications involving liquids, gases, and steam in industries such as chemical processing, power generation, and HVAC.
