The CHENZHU GS8114-EX is a high-integrity, 1-channel isolated barrier designed to drive solenoid valves, LEDs, and other actuators situated in hazardous areas. This device ensures intrinsic safety by limiting the energy transferred from the safe area to the hazardous area to a level below that which can ignite a flammable atmosphere. It is SIL 2/SIL3 rated according to IEC 61508, making it suitable for critical safety instrumented systems (SIS).
