Product Description

Phoenix Contact MCR-T-UI-NC Temperature Transducer Module

The Phoenix Contact MCR-T-UI-NC is a versatile and configurable temperature transducer designed for industrial signal conditioning. Housed in a compact ME 17,5 DIN rail housing, this module reliably converts signals from resistance thermometers (such as Pt, Ni, Cu sensors) and other resistance-type sensors into standardized, linear analog current or voltage signals. Although supplied non-configured, it offers flexible setup via software, allowing users to tailor the input and output parameters to specific application needs. This makes it an ideal solution for integrating temperature measurements into PLC systems, data loggers, and other process control equipment.

Technical Specifications:

  • Input Signal: RTD sensors (Pt, Ni, Cu in 2, 3, or 4-wire connection), resistance sensors (0 Ω to 4 kΩ)

  • Output Signal: User-configurable analog outputs including 0…20 mA, 4…20 mA, 0…10 V, and 10…0 V

  • Supply Voltage: 20 V DC to 30 V DC

  • Configuration: Configurable via MCR/PI-CONF-WIN software (sold separately)

  • Housing / Mounting: ME 17,5 polyamide housing for DIN rail mounting

  • Operating Temperature: -20 °C to 65 °C (-4 °F to 149 °F)
